Spine Harmony is an open-source agent specification, documentation set, templates, and reference utilities for organizing spine-health materials and preparing clinician discussions. It is not a healthcare service, not medical advice, not diagnosis, not emergency triage, not treatment guidance, not radiology interpretation, not clinical decision support, and not a substitute for qualified clinicians.
If you use Spine Harmony, you are responsible for how you configure it, what AI/runtime providers you use, what medical information you submit to those providers, and whether you rely on any output. Do not rely on Spine Harmony for urgent symptoms, treatment decisions, medication changes, surgery decisions, or imaging interpretation.
Use of this repository, its documentation, templates, examples, scripts, reports, or derivative agents does not create a doctor-patient relationship, clinician-patient relationship, fiduciary relationship, professional advisory relationship, or duty to monitor between any user and D2MA Limited, maintainers, or contributors.
Spine Harmony outputs are for personal organization, education, source review, note preparation, and clinician-discussion preparation only. Do not use Spine Harmony or derivative agents to:
Spine Harmony is not emergency triage. For severe, new, progressive, or concerning symptoms — including neurological deficits, progressive weakness, bladder or bowel changes, saddle anesthesia, fever with spinal pain, trauma, suspected infection, or any urgent red flag — seek immediate medical care or emergency services. Do not wait for an AI response.
Spine Harmony does not provide, validate, certify, monitor, or control any hosted LLM, vision model, local model, cloud runtime, chat product, cloud IDE, storage provider, or derivative deployment chosen by a user. Outputs generated by those systems may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, biased, fabricated, overconfident, or inconsistent with the source record.
If you submit medical records, symptom diaries, medication notes, MRI/DICOM files, converted images, reports, or Q&A text to an external provider, you should treat that submission as disclosure of medical information to that provider and review that provider’s terms, privacy policy, retention practices, logging, training policies, and security controls.
Do not deploy Spine Harmony as a public hosted product, chatbot, clinical workflow, patient-facing service, or tool that accepts real medical records unless you have obtained appropriate legal, privacy, regulatory, clinical safety, and security review for your jurisdiction and use case.
Spine Harmony is provided under the MIT License on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of safety, accuracy, reliability, medical fitness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or regulatory compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D2MA Limited, maintainers, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, personal-injury, death-related, medical, privacy, data-loss, business, or other damages arising from use, misuse, reliance on, deployment of, or inability to use Spine Harmony or derivative works.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to every user. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless a different mandatory law applies, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. This section is not a substitute for legal advice, and users/deployers should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before clinical-adjacent deployment.
