Do not use Spine Harmony to decide whether to start, stop, or change medication; undergo or defer surgery; accept or reject an injection or procedure; begin or stop rehabilitation; ignore symptoms; delay care; or manage emergency symptoms. Spine Harmony agents and derivative deployments should not make autonomous medical decisions or instructions for users.

Spine Harmony may be used with imaging-export tools that convert user-owned MRI/DICOM files into high-resolution review images or contact sheets. It may also be used with a user’s chosen LLM or vision model to generate explanatory, non-clinical observations about those images.
This imaging workflow is not radiology interpretation, diagnosis, validated measurement, segmentation, clinical decision support, or treatment planning. It must not be used instead of a qualified radiologist’s report, clinician interpretation, or in-person clinical assessment.
Any image-review text, visual explanation, or pattern description is generated by the user’s chosen LLM/vision model and runtime. The Spine Harmony project does not validate, certify, control, or guarantee the accuracy of that model or its outputs. Model outputs may be wrong, incomplete, overconfident, misleading, or inconsistent with the original imaging and clinical record.
DICOM files often contain embedded personal information in metadata and sometimes in burned-in annotations. Converted images, screenshots, contact sheets, and metadata summaries may remain sensitive medical information even after export. Users are responsible for protecting, reviewing, de-identifying, and controlling any imaging files or derived outputs they create.
Do not deploy Spine Harmony as a public hosted product, chatbot, patient-facing service, clinical workflow, or tool that accepts real medical records unless appropriate legal, privacy, regulatory, clinical safety, and security review has been completed for the jurisdiction and use case.
Contributions to this repository are not medical advice. Contributors are not providing clinical services and are not responsible for how downstream users configure, deploy, or rely on this project.
